Approve agreements for public recreational access easement to Whetstone.
Background:
The County Attorneys' Office will provide background information and discuss the terms of the attached proposed agreements that have been negotiated to grant public access (vehicular, pedestrian and equestrian) into the Whetstone National Forest. The Board will determine whether to approve the terms of each agreement and authorize the County to enter into the attached agreements, or agreements in substantially similar form.
