Approve agreement settling Easter Mountain, LLC v. Cochise County, Case C2016 4853.
Background:
The County Attorneys' Office will provide background information and discuss the terms of the proposed agreements that have been negotiated to settle the pending civil litigation between Easter Mountain Ranch and Cochise County. The Board will determine whether to approve the terms of each agreement and authorize the County to enter into the attached agreements, or agreements in substantially similar form.
