Approve employment agreement with Mr. William Duggan for the position of Executive Director of the Southeastern Arizona Communications (SEACOM) Center, with the County acting in its capacity as the fiscal agent of SEACOM.
Background:
As the fiscal agent of SEACOM the Board of Supervisors has a legal responsibility to enter into contracts on behalf of SEACOM.

Send a fully executed copy of the agreement to Mr. Duggan.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
SEACOM will not have an executive director.
