Approve the over-the-counter sale of tax deed properties as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, plus related administrative fees.
Background:
One OTC bid has been received and is reflected on the attached exhibit. In addition, the bidder will pay a $25 administrative fee per parcel. The bids and associated payments have been received by the BOS office staff for the parcels listed on the exhibit totaling $145. ($120 for the bid and $25 administrative fee).
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Deposit check and provide Sold Parcels list to County Treasurer; when funds clear, issue & record deeds.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Properties will not be sold and will not be put back on the County's tax roll.
