Approve a new series #12 (restaurant) liquor license application submitted by Mr. Donald Leonard Bartol Jr., for Kountry Kafe, located at 10400 N. Highway 191, Elfrida, AZ 85610.
Background:
Mr. Donald Leonard Bartol Jr. has applied for a new liquor license for Kountry Kafe (Restaurant), located at 10400 N. Highway 191, Elfrida, AZ 85610. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question have been paid in full for the 2018 tax year. The Planning and Zoning Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Environmental Health Division is currently working with the property owner on health-related issues with the subject property.
Mr. Jeffrey James Goodman has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
