Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Cochise County and Fry Fire District for Information Technology Equipment and Support, effective January 29, 2019, with seven automatic annual renewals until January 29, 2026.
Background:
Fry Fire would like to receive IT support services from the County. The IT Department can provide these services, if the Board approves them.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Send one fully executed original to Fry Fire and a copy of the fully executed original to IT. The second original fully executed copy will be filed at the Board Office.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
IT services will not be provided to Fry Fire District.
