Adopt Zoning Ordinance 19-07 approving Docket R-19-04, amending the Cochise County Zoning Regulations, adding Article 1721 Minor Land Divisions.
Background:
The proposed Minor Land Division regulations were heard by the Board of Supervisors at a June 11, 2019 work session and by the Cochise County Planning and Zoning Commission at a July 10, 2019 work session. The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on this item at its regularly schedule August 14, 2019 meeting. The Commission provided unanimous support for a recommendation of approval to the Board of Supervisors.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
The Cochise County Zoning Regulations will be amended to add Article 1721 Minor Land Divisions.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Minor land divisions will continue to be unregulated by Cochise County Development Services.
