Approve Maneuver In-License Agreement Amendment 1 between the County and the United States of America, to utilize the Bisbee-Douglas International Airport for recurring military training and operations by the 563 Rescue Group, a tenant unit on Davis-Monthan Air Base.
Background:
The current agreement expired on 15 June 2018. The new agreement will extend the existing agreement until 15 June 2023.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Provide the signed agreement to the U.S. Air Force.
