Approve Amendment 1 to Maneuver In-Licensing Agreement with the United States Air Force and the Bisbee-Douglas International Airport, from a five-year extension, expiring June 15, 2023, to a ten-year extension, expiring June 15, 2028.
Background:
The Board of Supervisors recently approved a five-year extension of an In-Licensing agreement with the U.S. Air Force. The U.S. Air force is now requesting a ten-year extension.
