Uphold or amend the Hearing Officer's recommended decision for parcel 124-41-007 F (Fasanella)
Background:
Mr. Fasanella missed his hearing because he was at the Assessor's office filing an affidavit-owner occupied residence. It appears thart Mr. Fasanella changed his mailing address to his office in Tucson, triggering the Notice of Change, rather than it being triggered by the two dwellings on his property. The Assessor advised him to appeal to work out this problem.
