Adopt Zoning Ordinance 20-16 amending certain Zoning district boundaries from R-36 (Residential, one dwelling per 36,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural, one dwelling per four acres), pursuant to the application of Mr. Adam Husarek.

Background:

The Applicant, Mr. Adam Husarek is requesting a Rezoning from R-36 (Residential, one dwelling per 36,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural, one dwelling per 4 acres). The subject property is located on East Lois Lane and is identified as APN 405-77-020B.

The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 9-0 to recommend approval of rezoning Z-20-12 to the Board of Supervisors.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
