Approve Amendment Two and extend the Provider Contract for Title 36 Mental Health Services Agreement between Cochise County and Canyon Vista Medical Center, for a term of two years, beginning April 22, 2020 and ending on April 22, 2022.
Background:
Cochise County currently contracts with Canyon Vista Medical Center as one of the available providers for Title 36 services. The current agreement has expired, and all parties wish to renew with no changes made at this time.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Renew agreement and provide copies of updated agreement to all parties.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The County will not have a written agreement with a valuable partner in providing mental health services to the community.
