Approve a Series #12 (Restaurant) new Liquor License application submitted by Ms. Kimberly Brant, for Sun Sites Cafe LLC, located at 229 N. Frontage Road, Pearce, AZ 85625.
Background:
Ms. Kimberly Brant has applied for a (Restaurant) liquor license, located at 229 N. Frontage Road, Pearce, AZ 85625. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. The Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Health Department advised this business has a current fixed food facility license with Cochise County Environmental Health. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
Ms. Kimberly Brant has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
