Approve a Series #3 (In State Microbrewery) liquor license application submitted by Mr. Salvatore Joseph Tirrito, for Tirrito Farms, LLC, located at 6150 S. Kansas Settlement Road, Willcox, AZ 85643.
Background:
Mr. Salvatore Joseph Tirrito has applied for a Series #3 In State Microbrewery liquor license for Tirrito Farms, LLC located at 6150 S. Kansas Settlement Road, Willcox, AZ 85643. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation and the Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Health Department is currently working with applicant on proper permitting for the Bar and requirements prior to operating.
Mr. Tirrito has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
