Adopt Resolution 21-05 to authorize the addition of a portion of Elmer Loop located in Hereford to the Cochise County maintained road system.
Background:
This portion of Elmer’s Loop is part of Phase IV of the Linda Vista subdivision. This phased section of Linda Vista has been built to a county standard for a chip sealed road, the builder has supplied Engineering reports and “as-builts” of the segments and it has been inspected by the County Engineer. With the information provided, the County Engineer recommends the adoption of this segment of road to the County Maintained Road system.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
The new segment of Elmer Loop will be added to the County Maintained Road System Atlas.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
This 0.22 miles will not be added to the County Maintained Road System.
