Discussion on local amendments and action on a recommendation to the BOS on adoption of the 2015 ICC codes and 2014 NEC.
Background:
Building staff has heard from local contractors that adoption of the 2015 ICC building codes would be beneficial for consistency with local jurisdictions including Sierra Vista and Benson who have adopted the 2015 building codes.
