Approve the use of a proxy for voting by members who are unable to attend the October 22, 2021 Redistricting Advisory Commission meeting.
Background:
At its October 1, 2021 meeting, the Redistricting Advisory Commission (RAC) discussed the potential use of a proxy to vote on behalf of members who are unable to attend the October 22, 2021 RAC Meeting. The proxy must be a member of the RAC. This item is included for the RAC to formally approve the use of a proxy.
