Approve a Series #9 (Liquor Store) new liquor license application submitted by Mr. Sarbjot Singh Chera, for Canyon General Mini Mart, located at 9500 E Highway 92, Hereford, AZ 85615.
Background:
Mr. Sarbjot Singh Chera has applied for a Series 9 liquor license for Canyon General Mini Mart, located at 9500 E Highway 92, Hereford, AZ 85615. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation. Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Health Department is not currently working with the property owner on health-related issues with the subject property.
Mr. Sarbjot Singh Chera has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
