Approve the use of a proxy for voting by members who are unable to attend the November 19, 2021 Redistricting Advisory Commission meeting.
Background:
The Redistricting Advisory Commission (RAC) has previously discussed the potential use of a proxy to vote on behalf of members who are unable to attend a meeting. The proxy must be a member of the RAC. This item is included for the RAC to formally approve the use of a proxy.
