Approve the remaining Service Agreements (SAs) and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) between Cochise County and multiple community partners, associated with Contract No. CTR055990 COVID-19 Health Disparities, attached hereto, all effective through May 31, 2023.

Background:

IGA CTR055990 included contracting with multiple community partners to accomplish the Statement of Work outlined in the grant.  These are the remaining four of ten community partner SAs and MOUs to be presented to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
  1. PSA # 22-07-HEA-01-C Susan Kunz (Independent Contractor/Consultant) in the amount of $20,000;
  2. PSA # 22-07-HEA-01-G Arizona Regional Economic Development Foundation in the Amount of $234,664;
  3. Memorandum of Understanding between The Good Neighbor Alliance and Cochise County and Cochise Health and Services, for housing one community health worker,
  4. Memorandum of Understanding between Bisbee Coalition for the Homeless and Cochise Health and Services, for housing one community health worker.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

CHSS will not be able to fulfill the requirements of the agreement between Cochise County and Arizona Department of Health Services as outline in CTR055990.
