Approve a Series #6 (Bar) Acquisition of Control liquor license application submitted by Mr. David Andrew Russell, for Thirsty Lizard Bar & Grill, located at 5838 W Double Adobe Road, McNeal, AZ 85617.
Background:
Mr. David Andrew Russell has applied for an Acquisition of Control - Series #6 (Bar) liquor license for Thirsty Lizard Bar & Grill, located at 5838 W Double Adobe Road, McNeal, AZ 85617. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation and the Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Development Services Department recommended approval. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Health Department advised they are currently working with the property owner on health-related issues wth the subject property.
Mr. Russell has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
