Background:

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-212, as amended by Senate Bill 1107 (SB1107) that was approved by Governor Doug Ducey on March 30, 2021, the Cochise County Board of Supervisors is required to define the boundaries of the Supervisorial Districts on or before July 1, 2022, following the delayed release of the United States decennial census data due to COVID-19.
