Approve an application for a Permanent Extension of Premises liquor license submitted by Mr. Chiragkumar Patel, for Rookies #2, located at 4711 S Highway 92, Sierra Vista, AZ 85650.
Background:
Mr. Patel has applied for a Permanent Extension of Premises liquor license for Rookies #2 located at 4301 S Hwy 92, Sierra Vista, AZ 85650. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation and Development Services has recommended approval of the application.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Board staff will forward the Board’s decision to the ADLLC.

The applicant will not be able to serve liquor outside the established premises.
