Adopt Resolution 22-16 authorizing the use of Emergency Voting Locations for the Primary Election on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.
Background:
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 16-411 (B) (5) the legislature has granted the Board of Supervisors the authority to authorize the use of Emergency Voting Centers. The Resolution adopted by the Board must specify the location and the hours of operation of the emergency voting centers.
The attached Resolution establishes emergency voting for Monday, August 1, 2022 at the Cochise County Recorder's Office, from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
