The programs address several health priorities, including but not limited to: cardiovascular disease, chronic lower respiratory diseases, Alzheimer’s, unintentional injury, obesity, teen pregnancy, tobacco, worksite wellness, school health wellness, and the newest program, and suicide fatality prevention and review. Outreach is provided via group workshops, health fairs, classroom education, policy assistance development, and fatality review. This IGA currently funds 8 county positions. The total budget for all programs within the IGA is $556,421.
