Background:
The applicant, Ernesto Whittaker, requests Special Use Authorization to offer small engine repair services on a 4-acre (parcel 107-72-018D) in unincorporated Sierra Vista, Arizona. The physical address of the property is 5002 S Ranch Road Sierra Vista. The establishment of small engine repair (607.30) with limited retail sales (607.23) is subject to Special Use Authorization from the Planning and Zoning Commission in a rural zoning district. Currently, the property has a mobile home, metal workshop, carport/storage shed, and over 40 vehicles.
