Adopt Zoning Ordinance 23-08 to rezone parcels 302-11-032A and 302-11-032B from R-36 (Residential, one dwelling per 36,000 square feet) to General Business (GB), pursuant to the application of Mr. Dave Terry.
Background:
The applicant requests to amend the zoning of two parcels from R-36 to GB. The applicant is requesting the amendment to legitimize an auto impound storage yard.
The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval to the Board of Supervisors at their meeting on April 12, 2023.
