Approve five Series 16 (Fair/Festival) liquor license applications submitted by Ms. Barbara Coons, Mr. Robert Dixon, II, Ms. Edith Gustason, Mr. Sal Tirrito, and Mr. Greg Gonnerman, for a festival to be held at Stand Alone Ranch on October 28, 2023, located at 11878 S. Elkhorn Road, Pearce, AZ 85625.

Background:

Ms. Barbara Coons, Mr. Robert Dixon, II, Ms. Edith Gustason, Mr. Sal Tirrito, and Mr. Greg Gonnerman has applied for a Series 16 (Fair/Festival) liquor license. The Festival will be located at Stand Alone Ranch, 11878 S. Elkhorn Road, Pearce, AZ 85625 on October 28, 2023. The Sheriff's Office has no recommendations. Development Services recommends approval of the application, and the fees are paid. Supporting documentation regarding these liquor licenses is on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. 

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

Board staff will forward the Board's decision to the ADLLC.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

The applicants will not be able to sell/serve at the event.

Mail and email completed, signed, and approved applications with checks to ADLLC with Board's recommendation.
