Background:

The County received a Special Use Authorization request from Bisbee Ventures One, LLC, on behalf of Sunny Tempe Investments, LLC - Joseph Lewis (applicant) for a music pavilion on APN 102-55-002 located at 1794 W. Newell Street, Naco AZ. The property totals approximately 95 acres and was previously used as a golf course, restaurant, and recreational vehicle park (Turquoise Valley Golf and RV Park).
