Adopt Zoning Ordinance 23-24 to revert the zoning from MR-1 (Multi-family Residential) to R-9 (Residential, one dwelling per 9 acres) on parcel 105-71-139F, pursuant to a County-initiated request.
Background:
The subject parcel, APN 105-71-139F, was rezoned by the Board of Supervisors on September 13, 2011, subject to the condition that the property owner obtain a building permit for a manufactured home within one year of approval. The condition has not been met, and staff is requesting the Board of Supervisors revert the zoning.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Update the County Zoning map.
