Discussion and possible direction regarding the Planning and Zoning Department’s anticipated formal Work Plan for Fiscal Year 2012-13.
Background:
This Work Session would also provide opportunity for the Board and the Planning Commission to provide preliminary staff guidance and direction regarding the Department’s goals, policies and objectives for FY 2012-13. Staff would receive guidance and direction from the Board and the Planning Commission on objectives for FY 2013 in order to map key Department functions and coordinate with the Board and the Commission in achieving long-range Departmental goals.

Finalize Annual Work Plan for FY 2012-13 and present to the Board for approval.
