Adopt Zoning Ordinance 24-03 to rezone two acres out of tax parcel 104-68-005G from RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres) to GB (General Business District) pursuant to the application of Clinton Gray.
Background:
The county received a rezoning request from Clinton Gray (applicant) to rezone two acres out of APN 104-68-005G from RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres) to GB (General Business District). The two acres front Highway 92 near Dove Song Lane and are undeveloped.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
The department will update the zoning map to reflect the new zoning district.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The property will retain its current RU-4 zoning district classification. Future development will conform with applicable use, site development, and building code requirements.
