Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) 23-0009419-I, Davis Road Rehabilitation, Mileposts 5 and 13, between the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and Cochise County, to administer the drainage and roadway construction for Davis Road at milepost 5 and 13 and authorize the County estimated cost share in the amount of $204,869, effective upon signing by all parties.
Background:
ADOT IGA 23-0009419-I is to construct the drainage improvements on Davis Road at mileposts 5 and 13. ADOT will update the NEPA Clearance, contract for construction and provide construction inspection as required for projects with Federal Funds.

ADOT will update NEPA clearance and contract for construction.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Drainage improvements on Davis Road at MP 5 & 13 would not be constructed and the $2,893,000 Discretionary Funds would be returned.
