Approve the reallocation of $55,000 in FY24 funds, previously approved by the Board for the purchase of a new sign for Cochise County Airport, to instead be used for the purchase of a tractor for ground maintenance at the airport.
Background:
During the FY24 budget process, the Board approved a special funding request to install a new sign at Cochise County Airport. However, the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) responsible for maintaining the airport has identified a more urgent need for a new tractor. Given the tractor's higher priority for ongoing ground maintenance, the FBO has requested that the allocated funds be redirected from the sign project to the purchase of the tractor.

Coordinate with Heavy Fleet to purchase a new tractor.
