Approve special work assignment appointment of Sharon Gilman as Interim County Administrator with a 10% salary increase (an additional $6.97 per hour), effective January 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025.
Background:
Richard Karwackza’s last day as County Administrator is December 31, 2024. The appointment of Sharon Gilman as interim gives the newly elected board time to develop a recruitment plan and goals for the next County Administrator.

No interim will be appointed, and the newly elected Board will need to address very quickly in new term.
