Approve grant of easement to Arizona Public Service (APS) for parcel 408-34-008A for the new Land Port of Entry (LPOE) west of Douglas.
Background:
Arizona Public Service has requested an easement across County parcel 408-34-008A to construct new electrical lines to service the General Services Administration (GSA) commercial LPOE that will be located west of the City of Douglas.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Provide copy of recorded easement to APS and GSA.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
APS will not be able to construct electrical lines to service the new LPOE.
