Adopt Zoning Ordinance 24-15 to rezone tax parcel 404-02-432 from RU-2 (Rural District, one dwelling per 2 acres) to RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres) pursuant to the application of Daniel and Rose Weber.
Background:
The County received a request from Daniel and Rose Weber (applicants) to rezone tax parcel 404-02-432 from RU-2 (Rural District, one dwelling per 2 acres) to RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres). The property totals about 4 acres and is located at the southwest corner of Moonbeam Drive and Night Sky Road in Desert Sky subdivision near McNeal.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
The department will update the zoning map to reflect the new zoning district.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The parcel will remain RU-2 and future development will conform to applicable use, site development, and building code requirements of the RU-2 zoning district.
