Discussion regarding the new jail planning project, including the progress of the jail planning study with Chinn Planning, and selection process for owner's representative services.
Background:
On August 27, 2024, the Board approved a contract with Chinn Planning Services to conduct Jail Planning Services related to the new jail project. Phil Bourdon will provide an update on the tasks performed to date, as well as an overview of the Owner's Representative Services procurement process.
