Approve the retention of legal counsel Timothy La Sota to represent the Cochise County Jail District in the case of Daniel LaChance, et al., v. Cochise County, et al., CV-24-0150-PR.
Background:
The case of Daniel LaChance, et al., v. Cochise County, et al., CV-24-0150-PR, involves legal proceedings in which Cochise County is a named party. To ensure the County's interests are adequately represented, it is recommended that legal counsel Timothy LaSota be retained. Mr. LaSota has relevant experience and expertise to address the complexities of this case. The retention of outside counsel is necessary to provide specialized legal guidance and representation in this matter.
