Approve the office lease agreement between Cochise County and the Arizona Board of Regents on behalf of the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension to provide 140 square feet of office space in the Cochise county building located at 1012 N. G Avenue, Douglas Arizona.
Background:
This lease is to formally document the space that is currently being utilized by the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension at the Dougals Regional Service Center.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The county will need to find reasonable space for the Cooperative Extension as mandated in ARS 3-124 (C).
