Approve Community Enhancement Fund expenditures for District 2: Provide two (2) roll-off dumpsters to Thunder Mountain Church for a community cleanup project, not to exceed $2,500.

Requesting two roll off dumpsters and tipping fees for a community cleanup project organized by Thunder Mountain Church.
