Discussion and possible approval of Employment Agreement for the Clerk of the Board position for Lara Loewenheim.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(1), (3) and (4), the Board may go into executive session to discuss employment, its position on employment contracts that are the subject of negotiation and to secure legal advice with the attorney of the public body.

Background:
The Board of Supervisors is considering approval of an Employment Agreement for the Clerk of the Board position, currently held by Lara Loewenheim. This agreement reflects a structural adjustment in the County’s organizational reporting framework, whereby the Clerk of the Board now reports directly to the Board of Supervisors rather than through the County Administrator.
