Approve Community Enhancement Fund expenditures for District 2: Contribution to the Bisbee Bikeways Project West End Segment, in the amount of $20,000.
Background:
Bisbee Bikeways is a grassroots initiative led by the nonprofit Ecotopia, aiming to establish
a safe, inclusive, and connected network of shared-use paths throughout Bisbee and
neighboring Naco, Arizona. This project seeks to transform the region's transportation
landscape by providing accessible routes for walking, biking, skating, and wheelchair use,
thereby enhancing public health, safety, and economic vitality.
