Adopt Zoning Ordinance 25-11 to rezone tax parcel 115-10-323 from NB (Neighborhood Business District) to SR-174 (Single-Household Residential District, one dwelling per 4 acres) pursuant to the application of James and Pamela Mercer (Supervisor District 3).
Background:
The County received a request from James and Pamela Mercer (applicants) to rezone tax parcel 115-10-323 from NB (Neighborhood Business District) to SR-174 (Single-Household Residential District, one dwelling per 4 acres). The property totals about 14 acres and is located at the northwest corner of Pearce and Willcox Roads in Sunsites Unit #2.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
The department will update the county zoning map to reflect the new zoning district.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The parcel will remain NB and future development will conform to applicable use, site development, and building code requirements of NB zoning district.
