Background:
Shasta Jeanette Wells has applied for a Series 12 (Restaurant) liquor license for The Windmill Cafe at 1040 E. Eastland Road, Cochise, AZ 85606. The Sheriff's Office has recommended approval of the application. The Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question has been paid in full. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. The Environmental Health Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
Shasta Jeanette Wells has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
