Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Willcox Unified School District and Cochise County Elections to provide for election supplies and services for the November 4, 2025, election.
Background:
The scope of this agreement is limited to election services and supplies between the Willcox USD and County for the Budget Override Election held on November 4, 2025.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
If approved, the Elections Department will provide election supplies and services between Willcox USD for the budget override question on the November 4, 2025, election.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
If not approved, the Elections Department will not be able to provide election supplies and services to Willcox USD for the November 4, 2025, election.
