Adopt Zoning Ordinance 25-17 to rezone tax parcel 117-02-284B from SR-43 (Single-Household Residential District, one dwelling per 43,000 square feet) to SR-174 (Single-Household Residential District, one dwelling per 4 acres) pursuant to the application of Louis Manuta (Supervisor District 3).
Background:
The County received a request from Louis Manuta (applicant) to rezone tax parcel 117-02-284B from SR-43 (Single-Household Residential District, one dwelling per 43,000 square feet) to SR-174 (Single-Household Residential District, one dwelling per 4 acres). The property totals about 10 acres and is located at 751 W. Quail Pass Drive in Sunsites Unit #2.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
The department will update the county zoning map to reflect the new zoning district.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The parcel will remain SR-43 and future development will conform to applicable use, site development, and building code requirements of SR-43 zoning district.
