Background:
The County received a request from Tactical Holdings LLC (applicant) to rezone tax parcel 408-34-005C from RU-4 (Rural
District, one dwelling per 4 acres) to LI (Light Industry District). The property totals approximately 92 acres and is located along
James Ranch Road about 3/4 mile south of Highway 80. Proposed warehousing and storage uses are intended to support
commerce-related activities associated with the new Port of Entry west of Douglas.n/a
