Approve the retention of Timothy La Sota to represent the Board of Supervisors for the purposes of recovering the settlement amount in the LaChance vs. Cochise County Case CV2023-00363.
Background:
On September 16, 2025, the Cochise County Jail District Board of Directors met in special session and, in open session, voted 3–0 to retain Timothy La Sota to represent the Jail District for the purpose of recovering the settlement amount in LaChance v. Cochise County, CV2023-00363.
