Approve the Funding Agreement for the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission (ACJC) Drug, Gang, and Violent Crime Control Program (DGVCCP) Grant to enhance the ability of the courts to provide services for drug, gang, and/or related violent crime control efforts to deter, investigate, prosecute, adjudicate, and treat drug, gang, and related violent adult offenders, in the amount of $68,745.04 and the required $22,915.01 matching funds, effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
Background:
This grant provides wages and employer related expense funding that covers two (2) pre-sentence report writers at 0.34 each and two (2) pre-trial officers at .28 each.
The required $22,915.01 matching funds were budgeted and approved in the general fund budget submitted by Adult Probation.

Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Receive AOC funding and administer the program. Request a cash transfer from the General Fund for the required match.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
